Founded in 2020, based on the needs of Amarillo's animals, ARC is a local, community resource driven rescue. Outreach, education and animal welfare are the pillars we stand on to give back to our city. With programs focused on fostering, adoption, and education, we are striving to change the lives of animals in the panhandle each day.
